Sometimes when I write on the whiteboard my markings look choppy, like dashes instead of solid lines. How can I fix that?
Several things could cause this problem: 1. The Pod won’t receive signals from the markers unless you press firmly while writing, making certain that the marker consistently makes good contact with the whiteboard. 2. Because the transmitter in each sleeve is near the tip of the marker, holding the marker too close to the tip will block the signal to the Pod. 3. You may also have to adjust the batteries in each marker for them to function properly. 4. Dragging the heel of your hand against the whiteboard as you write might be blocking the signal.
