Yes, this is unsupported feature of RealPlayer, which can play SWF files but just animation, i.e. without sound and video. You can export sound into MP3 format (e.g. using our another tool called Flash Explorer, and insert this MP3 file as soundtrack using Load Multiple Videos dialog.
