SUS aborts instead of throwing an exception. Whats going on?
When we link sus (due to our LD_LIBRARY_PATH) we link against /usr/sci/local/lib/libgcc_s.so.1. Looking at this file, it appears (though I’m not 100% certain) that this is a libgcc built for gcc 3.0. If I unset my LD_LIBRARY_PATH, and compile my test program (I haven’t tried this with sus yet), it starts catching exceptions. (I assume sus will too.
