The optimal format for uploading files to Mindbites is an MP4 or Quicktime file compressed with the h.264 codec or a Windows Media file compressed with Windows Media Video 9. The recommended resolution is 640×480. A bitrate of 1.5 to 2 megabit should provide the best quality.
