The networks have complete control over the programs that they show and we have absolutely no influence over their decisions (unfortunately 🙂 That being said, CBS canceled the original TMNT cartoon due to FCC regulations stipulating that Saturday morning programming must contain educational material (apparently CBS felt that the Turtles weren’t educational… alas).
