The Defcon Authenticator cannot enroll my fingerprint, why?

A. If your finger is not centered on the Authenticator it will not accept the print. The Defcon Authenticator looks for the “core” of your fingerprint so it is important to make sure that your finger is centered so that the “core” is in the middle of the sensor. Also, the Authenticator has a hard time reading the fingerprint of a very dry finger. You may need to moisten your finger with a hand lotion if you have very dry hands.
