The edit menu option on the WindowBlinds tray opens the uis in notepad. Was this supposed to open BuilderBlinds if installed?
Yes. BuilderBlinds is the ‘official’ (and only) editor for WB skins. This option opens any program that is associated with the UIS filetype (using ShellAPI call) thus your association with UIS file is assigned to notepad. Please launch BuilderBlinds, Open “Tools->Properties” go to “Program” tab and select “Associate BuilderBlinds with UIS files (Highly recommended)”. Now, when BuilderBlinds is associated with UIS files everything will be like it should.
