Web Notifier will only work correctly if Internet Explorer is functioning correctly (verify by running Internet Explorer) and you are currently not logged into Facebook using a separate web browser. Facebook will not allow Web Notifier and a separate web browser have access to the same Facebook account. If you want to get into Facebook using a web browser, simply click on a Facebook message from Web Notifier. Make sure that you close the web browser once you are done using Facebook.
