The list is unmoderated but some subscribers messages to the list keep bouncing. Is there something wrong with the list?
It is very unlikely that the problem is with the list. The reason for it is probably that they are sending a message to the list from a different email account (other than the one that they have registered on the list with). Because the email address is different than the one registered, majordomo assumes that it is a non-member submission, therefore the message will be bounced to the list owner for approval. The only way that they can post messages to the list without going through the list owner is if they post from the account that they are registered with.
