Start the application on your mobile device at least once before you try to transfer map data with the Map Loader. With the first start of the application, a cookie is created and stored on the memory card; this file is necessary for the Map Loader to recognize the memory card. After the first start of the Nokia Maps application within your device, you can either connect your mobile device through USB with your PC or insert the card into your card reader connected to your PC.
