Because we can only allow a limited number of people into the application at a time, it is important that we keep as many logins available as possible. To do this, users logged into the application are logged out after 10 minutes of inactivity. Reading or browsing an open record is considered being inactive and you will be logged out of the system if that’s all you do for more than 10 minutes. We suggest that if you have a record that you would like to take your time with, that you save that record to your computer or print it off. For more information on saving or printing records, refer to the instructions located here.
