Please make sure that: 1) Internet Explorer Security settings have “Safe for Scripting ActiveX Components” enabled. To check this setting, choose Tools/Internet Options. Click on the “Security” tab and make sure that your level is “Medium” (the recommended setting) or lower. If it’s higher, the editor will not appear. 2) Make sure your computer isn’t blocking traffic of any kind to and from editmysiteonline.com with a third party banner blocking software If problems persist despite the above, please send us an email.
