The prescription drug I am taking is no longer covered by PharmaCare and is not covered by Sun Life. Is it possible to receive reimbursement?

You may be eligible to receive reimbursement if PharmaCare approves a Special Authority for the prescription drug. For more information on the Special Authority process, please click here. If your Special Authority is approved, you are eligible to receive reimbursement for this drug under the UBC Extended Health plan, up to your PharmaCare deductible. Please contact Human Resources at (604) 822-8988 once your Special Authority has been approved so that we may make the necessary arrangements with Sun Life.
