The SITH generates code based on the contents of your FOM. In order to utilize the generated java code, it must be compiled. The java compiler is packaged with the Java Development Kit [JDK], but not with the Java Runtime Environment [JRE]. Future versions of the SITH are scheduled to remove this dependancy, without any loss of functionality.
