You will need to eliminate one of the conflicts to reconcile your calendar. Outlook for Windows will press you to get rid of one of the conflicts whenever you attempt to open one; Outlook for the Mac is not so intuitive, and you’ll have to spot and reconcile the conflicts the good old manual way. Sorry, Mac folks.
