This is only a visual bug in the Network Magic map. The printer should still work correctly. This will be fixed in the future versions of Network Magic. If you would like the printer to appear online, this problem can be resolved in either one of two ways: • Rebooting the computer the shared printer is connected to. • Un-sharing and Re-sharing the computer the printer is connected to.
