Sitenotes must include many details not in the Home Condition Report. For example, details of faults, photos, sketches, reasoning for condition ratings, notes, references and comments. The standard template shipped with sitenotes includes these extras. Also, Sitenotes is purely for collecting information. It’s the HCR software itself that performs the RDSAP calculation, and produces the final report.
