The videos load slowly, or don load at all. Whats going on?
Our present video hosting service is sometimes slow, depending on traffic. We are currently in negotiation with the company that provides the service about improving the speed, but in the meantime there is not much we can do, unfortunately. The videos will load eventually, and we truly apologize for the inconvenience. I use MSN Explorer. I’m having weird problems with My Journal, comments, etc. MSN explorer is not fully compatible with the software we use to run the website. If you are having mysterious problems using some functions of ilchi.com, we strongly recommend you use Internet Explorer instead of MSN Explorer to view the site.
