No. The replacement of the NVIDIA GPU, MCP or motherboard for eligible HP computers is not a remedy under this settlement because replacement parts are not available. A replacement computer will be issued to claimants who have approved claims and who follow the instructions provided to them for returning their eligible HP computer. The deadline for filing your claim online or postmarking your claim form was March 14, 2011. Claim forms may no longer be created or filed at this time.
