TopCan I exchange the shoes for another size or model?
We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied. If, for whatever reason (size, colour,…) when you receive your order you are not absolutely satisfied, you have 30 days to return or exchange it. In order to return or exchange an item, the following conditions must be met: – The item(s) must not be used – All items must be packaged in the same way in which they were received. If you no longer have the original packaging, you must replace it with packaging of a similar size and capacity. – The items must reach us before the 30-day period following receipt of the order has elapsed.. If you wish to exchange your shoes for another size or colour, go to the “My Orders” section of the site and enter the order number and the email address used to make that order.
