Once wet paint comes in contact with fabric or carpet, it is very, very difficult to remove. These paints are formulated to be permanent (Sparkle Spray excluded). If the paint is still wet, wash it off with soap and water. If the paint has dried the garment can be dry-cleaned; sometimes the solvents used in dry-cleaning can remove the paint stains. Carpets may have to be dyed to cover the paint stain.
