If formatting that has been applied to an Excel worksheet is not showing up in the PDF document, first preview your document formatting in Print Preview (FILE, PRINT PREVIEW). Once the preview is formatted correctly, select the PRINT button at the top of the Print Preview window. Select the PDF COMPLETE printer and press OK. If you print from Print Preview, PDF Complete should create a PDF document that is identical to what you see in Print Preview.
