I get the same issues sometimes. My doctor recommended Aveeno brand products and they are made to be allergy free. Also, make sure when you wash your clothes you use a detergent that is allergy free, main thing is no scents etc. I tend to use double the amount needed to wash clothes and if all the detergent isn’t removed your body gets a reaction to the detergent. Another thing is the soap could be just drying out your skin and a good lotion could help too. One that I found that is priced good and works great with no oily feeling is gold bond body lotion. Also, when taking a shower don’t take a super hot shower, the heat along with using soap takes the natural oils out of your skin.
