Yes. The latest version of the test validation suite is available via anonymous ftp://vhdl.org/pub/validation/vi_suite.tar.Z The current suite covers 36% of VHDL-1987. VHDL 1076.1-1999 is a strict extension of VHDL 1076-1993, i.e. it includes the full VHDL 1076-1993 language.
