In order to guarantee competitive fares, TLC compares its fares to competitor rates on a bi-monthly basis to assure that it is within close range of publicly available rates from airline websites. TLC guarantees that if its fares exceed a published publicly available rate on an available flight by 25%, the fare will be reduced to match the competition, plus 15%.
