Wanting to return and item or order?
Returns and exchanges for all purchases can be made by mail or your nearest Pumpkin Patch store. For mail returns, please complete the returns/order form remembering to include your customer number and address details found your receipt. Please take your receipt with you if you are returning the product to a store. You will find an easy return shipping label attached to the returns/order form in your parcel. Securely package your return, include the returns/order form and affix the easy return shipping label to the outside of your parcel. You will pay no postage up front – a flat fee of £1.50 will be deducted from the amount of your refund. Simply drop your package off at your local post office.
