We already have a Promethean ACTIVboard but there seems to be a problem installing the new CD. What might be the cause?

When you install the new CD, make sure that it is installed into the same folder as the existing ACTIVstudio software. If you have already installed the Raising Achievement CD and placed it into a different folder, then un-install the CD and then re-install it placing the software into the ACTIVstudio folder.
