We don collect a national insurance for concessionary travel passes so cannot comply with the data specification, what should we do?
The national insurance number (NINO) has been included in the specification to enable bodies that already hold NINOs to supply this very useful piece of information. Where the NINO is not already held there is no requirement for additional work to be undertaken to collect it, unless you want to. When supplying this data simply leave this field blank (blank fields are referred to in our data formats instructions).
