We were doing the test and have noticed that some of the booklets are miscollated (pages missing or duplicate pages in their place). What do I do?
We have invested a great deal of time, money and procedure in order to minimise this happening but very occasionally miscollations do occur. If you have spare booklets the pupils may continue these, ensuring they write their full name on the front. At the end of the testing session return both booklets for each affected pupil to us and advise us as soon as possible. We will ensure the data is matched across the booklets and your data processed as normal. If miscollations are spotted in advance of a testing session then please contact us for replacement booklets. If we hear from any school that miscollations have occurred we will contact schools whose booklets were printed either side of the affected school and ask you to check your booklets with the aim of averting disruption to your testing session.
