(Peter Tavy) Peter Tavy Parish Council felt that they had lost touch with the Parish Lengthsman Service since it had been centralised in Barnstaple, and were not sure who to contact in an emergency. Cllr Mrs Marsh reported that the number to ring was DCC Highways on 01271 388727, and that she had been in touch with the Peter Tavy Parish Clerk regarding their specific issues. Sonia Burgess would send a map to the parish council which outlined the regions covered by the DCC Highways teams. During discussion a concern was raised regarding the amount of leaves on the roads which could become dangerous in icy conditions.
