What additional fees will be required before move-in?
In addition to rent, you will be responsible for the application fee and the security deposit. The application fee is $40 – $45 per person. This fee covers the costs of having a credit and criminal background check completed. The Security Deposit is $200; this deposit may be refunded at the termination of your lease depending upon the terms of the security deposit policy of the property.
