A. An amount of 15% is deducted from your ingoing contribution as a donation to Calvary Retirement Community Ryde with 85% of the original contribution refunded to you on termination of the Licence Agreement less any amounts owing to Calvary Retirement Community Ryde under the Licence Agreement.
