What are CELEBRATION Sundays and COMBINED classes?
• Celebration Sundays Periodically we join in a single worship service at 10:30 a.m. Church School, if offered, will be held at 10:30. Check your church school calendar for details. • Combined classes At both sessions, two or more classes will meet in one room. Assignments are listed on message boards outside classrooms and in the church bulletin. Is there ever No Church School? Very rarely. But when there is no church school we extended nursery care to children through senior kindergarten instead of age 4 and our child care providers supply more mature activities for these older children. Older children may take advantage of word puzzles and coloring supplies located in the Narthex. Does Church School Offer Communion? At WCC, we observe open communionall people who long to know Jesus, regardless of age, are invited to the table to share the sacrament. On Communion Sundays, Church School is held for children in JK through 2nd grade. Children in third grade and above are invited to stay
