What are CeMAP Courses?
CeMAP courses are the courses a person takes to qualify as a recognised mortgage advisor. CeMAP courses are designed to help both lay people and those already in the financial industry to study for and achieve their CeMAP qualification. When studying CeMAP courses the students will cover three separate modules. The three modules to be covered are UK Financial Regulation, Mortgages and Assessment of Mortgage Advice Knowledge. At the conclusion of the module the student will sit an exam; this exam requires a score of at least 70% for a successful pass. There are several options available to students who wish to study CeMAP courses, from study at home courses some of which are internet based to course providers who hold classes which the students attend in person.
