What are commuter & off-campus students and am I considered one?
Commuter & off-campus students are students who do not live in on-campus residence halls, apartments, or suites. Commuter & off-campus students must travel to and from campus using their own means of transportation. Commuter and off-campus freshmen students who are renting or leasing an apartment or house are asked to be ready and moved in before Friday, August 29 th, the beginning of Welcome Week & Bulldog Bash. All new commuter & off-campus students are required to attend the commuter & off-campus student at 10:00 am on Friday, August 29 th and stay through until Big Money at 8:00pm. All new incoming freshmen commuter & off-campus students are strongly encouraged to attend the commuter & off-campus student at 9:45 am on Friday, September 4 th.
