What are complex physical and communication difficulties?
Basically we mean any difficulties that prevent or severely hinder your child’s abilities to communicate. That covers all types of communication – by speech, gesture or writing. Often this might be as a result of cerebral palsy or muscular dystrophy, but it can also be because of a spinal injury or a stroke, for example.
