The Processing and Testing Fee is $1595 and the fixed Annual Storage Fee is $125. The Processing and Testing Fee covers the cost of enrollment, the collection kit, outbound kit shipping, medical courier return shipping (U.S. and Puerto Rico clients only), cord blood processing and infectious disease screening tests on the birth mother’s blood.
