What are Curious/Furious glasses?
The grading system for our handmade glasses demands that each sheet must match a target color and have a uniform appearance to receive first-quality grade. Fusible glass that is not quite the target color or that has some other irregularity is rated “Fusible-Curious” (or “Furious”) glass and is sold at a discount. These sheets, held to the same compatibility requirements as first-quality sheets, are excellent for one-of-a-kind projects and are a great value for your dollar. “Curious” glasses are non-fusible sheets that are not quite the target color or that have some other irregularity. Currently, our Curious/Furious glasses cannot be purchased online. However, they can be purchased by phone or e-mail, or by shopping at our Resource Center and some regional dealerships.
