Nobody likes “big brother watching.” Fleets that were operating without a driver monitoring system may initially observe some resistance to change. When management makes it clear they are committed to safe vehicle operation and drivers start to see the benefits of SafeForce™ driving, concerns quickly disappear. When new drivers join the organization with the system already in place, the SafeForce™ system seems only natural to them.
