The main operating subsidiaries abroad are Hidroeléctrica El Chocón S.A. and Endesa Costanera S.A. in Argentina, Emgesa S.A. E.S.P. in Colombia and Edegel S.A.A. in Peru. Following the creation of Endesa Brasil S.A., Centrais Elétricas Cachoeira Dourada S.A. ceased to be a subsidiary of Endesa Chile.
