We want to support you in your Goal, so if you haven’t Updated your Goal in a while, we’ll send you a friendly email reminder for encouragement. If you would prefer not to have Email Encouragements sent to you, open your My Profile page, locate your My Goals section on the upper right, and click on the title of your Goal. When your Goal page opens, select Edit Goal, and change the setting for Send me Email Encouragements.
