What are Identity Verification requirements?

All students in Alameda, El Dorado, Humboldt, Kern, Kings, Madera, Merced, Orange, Sacramento, Santa Barbara, San Bernardino, San Diego, Stanislaus, Tuolumne and Tulare counties are required to have their identity verified at the time they take the final exam. We offer three different methods for identity verification. Student ID Verification using biometric software: The CompletelyOnlineTM student identity verification program uses a web camera and biometric software to verify the student’s identity before presenting the final exam. Student ID Verification using Notary Public: Students can take the Final Exam in the presence of a Notary Public. You will need to print Final Exam question and answer sheets, and take them to any Notary Public. The Final Exam questions and answer sheet will become accessable from the login page, but only after you complete the course material and are ready to take the Final Exam.
