This comes back to the great educational support system that you have here from college education to technical training. As a corporation we expect to grow in India and have projected a figure of having 20,000 people by 2007. It depends on our clients to a large extent but we are optimistic about the growth figures. Tell us about your operations in Europe. We have two centers in Newcastle, one in London, one in Amsterdam and one in Budapest. The Budapest center is actually a client site that Convergys has taken over for managing its operations. Our largest operation is at Newcastle, supporting a number of European countries from there.
