What are my options after graduation from the Canadore Food and Nutrition programs?
You can begin your career path working in Canada or around the world as a Food and Nutrition Manager or you can continue on with advanced educational opportunities through our articulation agreements with Southern New Hampshire University or the University of Guelph. If you wish to pursue a career in dietetics/human nutrition, many universities will offer transfer credits to you: however this is done on an individual prior learning basis. In addition, you can also complete a Chef Training certificate in two semesters at Canadore: this gives you added culinary skills, as some food service operations will employ cook/supervisors.
