What are my options for rendering statements?
A. You can: • Print statements to paper and mail them yourself • Send them to disk and outsource to a laser printing and mailing company; • Send a paper bill, but transmit the charges to a credit card clearing house • Send them to the Internet for Electronic Billing Presentment & Payment (EBPP) • Using EMI, send your charges to an ILEC/RBOC/Outsource for LEC billing. And, if you like, you can use all five methods, depending on your needs. In addition, you can generate complex statements, with a number of management summaries, for your large corporate accounts, or simple one page statements, for basic service customers. Statement format and content can be varied on a customer-by-customer basis.
