What are Online Tariffs?
Our Online tariffs give you great value for money and online access to your account and our self-help tools. You will not receive a paper bill unless specifically requested and there can be a charge. However you still need to start your contract physically by signing and returning the paper contract we can send you if you are unable to come to our offices. If you have a query we’ll happily answer it via email so there is no need to visit our offices. We are not operating through distributors nor do we have expensive shop locations. The money we save by operating in this way we give back to you via cheaper calls and special add on offers to reduce your bill even further. However, you can still visit our central offices if you prefer.
