What are proofs and when are they due?
Proofs are the required documents you submit to verify age, marriage, beneficiary eligibility, and insurance dependent eligibility. Submit your proofs with the Retirement Confirmation and Checklist, the Pension Election Verification/Spousal Waiver form, if applicable, and any other required documents listed at the bottom of the miAccount Print Required Documents screen.
