Sample carriers form the foundation of experiments conducted with the S100. Researchers have very diverse needs for sample handling and experiment set-up. Zyvex’s S100 sample carriers are designed to suit these diverse needs. All sample carriers can be easily transferred between the S100 and optical microscopes, scanning probe microscopes, or cryostats for additional actions independent of the SEM.
