What are simultaneous connections and how do they work?

Connections are Flash Media Server client connections and are what determine the number of simultaneous users that are able to utilize your Flash application at any one given time. 4 Connections = 4 Simultaneous Users Max. Connections are the only hard limit on your account. If you have 40 connections available and 40 users connected, if another user tries to connect, they will be rejected until one of the first 40 users disconnects. Total amount of connections is counted for your whole account. Connections by any of your applications will count towards the maximum connection limit.
