• If you don’t see all the songs in your web browser that you think has been uploaded, refresh your web browser. • If that doesn’t work or you are having trouble uploading your music, restart your Music Uploader. • For the PC, quit the mSpot Uploader by clicking on the mSpot icon in your system tray and selecting ‘Exit’. To restart, choose the mSpot Uploader from your Start menu. • For the Mac, quit the mSpot uploader by right-clicking the mSpot icon in your system tray and selecting ‘Quit’. (You can also do this by finding mSpot in the Activity monitor and selecting “quit process”.) Open up your Applications folder and double click the mSpot Application icon to launch the uploader. • If you continue to see many songs missing or have a significant mismatch between the number of songs you have uploaded and the number of songs you see in the web player, you will need to “reset” your catalog.
